Our policy is to require a 50% deposit (refundable) in order to confirm a booking. If the requested dates are available you will be given instructions on how to submit a deposit in the acknowledgement email for your booking request.

Please refer to the link on the menu entitled "52 Week Availablilty and Pricing" for rates and minimum stay requirements. We also request that the balance be submitted to the same address a couple of days prior to your arrival in order to facilitate the "check-in" process.
